This, in turn, will allow countries to improve
strategies for reducing GHG emissions. The project
includes common activities for all participating
countries carried out under a regional umbrella.
Countries have chosen the remaining activities to carry
out, based on national priorities. The approach has been
build on the concept of key sources of emissions. A
national working plan is developed by each country,
based on the guidelines provided by the Regional Project
Manager and the recommendations from the start-up
workshop.
