at the Climate Change Seminar
of the Governmental Experts,
organized by the UNFCCC Secretariat, was made by Mrs.
Ermira Fida on:
"National Communication exercise - a tool towards
mainstreaming climate change into national development
agenda ".
She said that
Albania's
First National Communication has been used to mainstream
climate change into national policies, including the
development of the National Energy Strategy and identifying
ways to meet technology needs.
